Europe is in the north hemisphere. It has a population of 743,704,000 people. This continent contains fifty countries. It’s surrounded by the countries Morocco, Algeria,Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Saudi Arabia in the Africa continent. This continent is in the south of Europe. In the east of Europe there is a part of Russia that is of Asia and this is the closest country to Europe that belongs to Asia.

INFORMATION ABOUT THIS CURRENCY

The euro (€) is the currency used by the European Union (EU), as well as the official currency of the eurozone. It has  19 of the 28 EU Member States:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus,  Slovakia, Slovenia,  Spain,  Estonia,  Finland,  France,  Greece, Ireland,  Latvia,  Lithuania,  Luxembourg,  Malta,  Netherlands  and Portugal.

Nine EU countries have not adopted the single currency: Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

The euro is the second reserve currency, as well as the second most traded currency in the world after the US dollar.

1 euro in dollars is 1.19 dollars and 1 dollars is 0,84 Cents.

LANGUAGES FROM EUROPE

In Europe there are a lot of different languages, in Italy the official language is Italian, in Germany is German, in the United Kingdom is English, in France  is French, the principal language of Greece is Greek and in Malta the official languages are English and Maltese.
